Case 01
Cristalleria Arxiduc — from invisible to page one.
Glazing and aluminium joinery in Palma, with their own workshop and crew. The work was there, the customers were happy, and on Google they didn't exist: anyone searching for what they do found the competition.
A new site from scratch with technical SEO built in, a Google Business Profile set up and tidied, and monthly Search Console reviews. Four months later they were on page one for their main searches in Palma, with 133% more impressions.

Renovation company, Raiguer region
Every enquiry through the site became a quote written by hand. Now the form comes in, a numbered quote with their prices comes out, and all that's left is to check it before sending.
Repair service, Palma
They ran their call-outs on a whiteboard and a WhatsApp group. I built them a tool where the technician closes the job from their phone with photos and a signature, and the office sees it instantly.
Seasonal business, east coast
An old, slow site with no decent mobile version, in a business where nearly all traffic arrives by phone. Full redesign prioritising mobile and speed.
