The starting point
Good workshop, no presence.
Arxiduc have spent years fitting enclosures, windows and glass in Palma, with their own workshop and installation crew. Word of mouth worked for them, but word of mouth has a ceiling: when someone moves to the island and searches “aluminium joinery Palma” on their phone, there was nothing of theirs to find.
Their competitors were there. Every week, people ready to buy ended up calling somebody else. Not because that somebody works better, but because they existed.
What we did
Three things, in this order.
1. A site built for search
From scratch, no template. One page per real service — windows, enclosures, shower screens, glass — with copy written from what people actually type into Google, not from what the supplier's catalogue calls the product. Clean URLs, local-business structured data and careful mobile speed.
2. The Google listing, properly
Setting up and cleaning the Google Business Profile: correct categories, service area, hours, photos of real work and links to each specific service page. In local search this carries as much weight as the site.
3. Month-by-month follow-up
Search Console connected from day one. Every month we look at which searches they're starting to appear for, which are on the edge of page one and which page deserves a push. Local SEO isn't magic: it's reading the data and adjusting.
What happened
Four months, without a euro on ads.
Google impressions went from around 9,000 a month to around 21,000 — 133% more times their name appears when someone searches for what they do. And, more important than the volume: they reached page one for their main searches in Palma, the ones that bring someone with an actual job to solve.
None of this was bought. It's structure, copy and consistency.
The takeaway
Why I tell this case and not another.
Because it's the cleanest example of something I repeat a lot: most businesses on the island don't have a quality problem, they have a digital existence problem. And it gets fixed sooner than people think, if it's done in the right order.
Tell me what's going wrong.
I'll look at your site and your competitors on Google and tell you what I'd do and what it would cost. Free. If it doesn't fit, you keep the analysis and that's that.
