Is the first analysis really free?
Yes, and there's no catch. I look at your site, your Google listing and your competitors, and send you what I see in writing. If you don't hire me afterwards, fine: I've spent two hours and you've got the information.
How fast do you reply?
Within 24 working hours, nearly always the same day. If you write on a Friday afternoon, it'll probably be Monday.
What if I don't know what I need yet?
That's the most common starting point. That's what the first conversation is for: I ask, you talk, and out of it comes whether what you need is a website, an internal tool, or simply a tidy Google listing.
