What you won't see
No small print — and here's what that means.
- No mid-project extras. If you ask for something that wasn't in the proposal, I tell you the cost before doing it. You decide.
- No compulsory subscription. You pay for the site once. Maintenance is optional and priced separately.
- No domain hostage-taking. Domain and hosting are in your name. If you leave, you take everything.
- No fee for touching your own site. Editing text and photos is yours to do, free, from your panel.
- No lock-in. There's no annual contract and no automatic renewals.

Is there anything to pay up front?
50% when you approve the proposal and 50% at launch. That's it — there's no compulsory monthly fee.
What changes between Essential and Professional?
Essential goes to 5 pages and Professional to 10, but the real difference is the SEO: on Professional I write a page per service, work the searches for each one and track your data for three months. If your living depends on being found, it pays for itself.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, every price on this page includes Spanish VAT. If you need an invoice without VAT because you operate from another EU country, tell me.
Why is the landing page cheaper than a website?
Because it's one page: less structure, less copy and less SEO to build. It's for starting out or for a specific campaign, not a replacement for a full site.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. Fixing a site's speed, tidying a Google listing or automating one task are a few days' work and I'll take them on.

I'll look at your site and your competitors on Google and tell you what I'd do and what it would cost. Free. If it doesn't fit, you keep the analysis and that's that.
