How I approach it
Look first, build second.
Before writing a line I spend time watching how you work: what gets written down, where, who looks at it afterwards, and at which moment the information gets lost. Almost always the problem isn't the tool — it's one specific step in the day.
We start with that step. A small first version that solves one thing well and that people actually use, and we grow from there. It's cheaper and vastly less frustrating than a huge system nobody opens.
You use it from the browser on your phone, tablet or computer. Nothing to install, no app store.

What does an app like this cost?
It depends on the scope, and I won't throw a number at you. Once I've seen how you work I send a fixed quote in writing. A first version focused on one process usually comes in well below what people expect.
What if my team isn't very technical?
All the better: it forces the tool to be simple. I design so it can be used without explanation, and I still do the training and leave you a short manual covering the four screens used daily.
Where is the data stored?
On European servers, with daily backups, encryption in transit and per-user access. The data is yours and you can export it whenever you like.
Can it connect to what I already use?
Most things, yes: accounting, email, calendars, spreadsheets, invoicing tools. If there's a way to connect, it connects.
