Who's behind it
NovaOlmo is a small studio in Palma. Small on purpose: the person who designs your site is the one who answers the phone.

The short version
I design, I build, and I answer the phone.
I work with businesses in Mallorca: workshops, repair services, accountants, builders, hospitality, shops. Companies of between one and thirty people, where the person deciding is the one on site or behind the counter and hasn't got time for three-hour meetings.
I do two things: get you found from outside (website and local SEO) and stop information getting lost inside (internal apps and automation). Often the second is more urgent than the first, and I say so even when it's worse business for me.
There are no salespeople, no account manager, no email chain with six people copied in. If you write, I answer — usually the same day.
How I work
Four rules I don't negotiate.
Fixed price
Before we start, in writing. If something changes I tell you before doing it, not on the invoice.
Everything in your name
Domain, hosting, code and logins. If you ever leave, you take the whole project without asking me for anything.
I tell you what I see
If you don't need a new site, I'll say so. If the problem is your Google listing, I'll say so. Even when it earns me less.
No jargon
I won't talk to you about funnels, synergies or digital transformation. What you do, what you want, what it costs.
The name
Why NovaOlmo.
Olmo is Spanish for elm: slow roots, timber that holds, and a history of surviving a disease that took almost every other tree of its kind. Nova because what I build has to still stand in five years, once this year's design fashion has passed.
It sounds like a brochure metaphor, and partly it is. But it sums up the only promise I make: to build things that keep working when I'm not watching.
